[Typo3-dev] Charset Bug ?

Now I deleted the thread so I can't even remember what I gave up on :-)
But probably it was some meta-view that "things never end" so I just had
to "give up" and ignore it I think - or let you prove all the work.
Didn't I write some other emails to you about a patch?.
