[Typo3-dev] Unable to access manuals for extensions via typo3.org

Hello,

I hope this is the appropriate list... I reckoned someone on this list 
most likely looks after the typo3.org website.

It is currently impossible to access the manuals for extensions in the 
repository. The text of the links show up but they are not hyperlinks. 
If a page from a manual is found from the search engine, links to other 
manual pages don't work either.

It's a little tedious searching on the extension name and trying to find 
all the pages from the indexed search!
