As long as reporting a possible bug is faster than fixing it, this will
be the case.

Ingmar and Stucki are the ones with CVS access who commit patches, but
we are some more people who review bugs, sort stuff out and prepare
patches for the devs.

We are already discussing some organisational as well as technical
questions on the bugfixing-list. The point is that even if we had enough
people (which we don't), we are waaayyy behind because of old bugs which
have been pending for months. I will start a bugfixing-policy document
on the wiki real soon now.
As said before, there will be some efforts when the 3.8 rc comes out, so
that way can have a clean start and not run after 3.6.1 issues...
