no problem ;-) as I'm in the need of a blog myself I'm volunteering...

actually I only want to do the blog, using existing extenions as a kind of
framework. The extension I'm thinking about will require f.e. tt_news and
ve_guestbook to be installed and just add the remaining functionality a
blog needs.

what has the knowledgebase to do with the blog?

for me PHPnuke is only a kind of toy and I don't want to copy this.

additionaly I will prepare a diagramm on how I think the extensions should
wotk together...
