Hi Ingo,

I am really interested in (finally :-)) building the blog extension and 
I would like to contribute something to help. For more details you can 
contact me directly.

I wonder whether its better to use an existing blog (wordpress) and 
integrate it into TYPO3 - so we have a well tested full featured 
weblog-system.
Or maybe we should integrate the plugin interface of wordpress so we can 
use the plugins...
