[Typo3-dev] BE-Login logged in DB 5 times

Hi typo3-dev Group,

i have the following problem: each time somebody logs in to the backend
(successfully or not, doesn´t matter), the log is written to the DB 5 times
(with the same timestamp etc.). Does somebody know why? Is there something
that I can do? The system should send a mail to the admin after 5
unsuccessfull logins, but it sends the mail immediately, because of the 5
logs in the DB.

I hope somebody can help me!
