I added the complete php file with the included hook based on the CVS
version 1.46 in the bugtracker. I also made a new diff-file, but I'm not
sure if it is what you need. Sorry in case it doesn't work... I'm on a
windows system and unfortunately cannot rely on the standard unix/linux
tools.
