Just to make this clear:
GPL forces you to leave the copyright messages inside the _original_ code of
TYPO3 and all related extensions.
So any message in any PHP-file and/or HTML-file that is part of the code has
to be left intact.
The HTML code that is rendered when _using_ the product is not part of this
license, so nobody can force you to leave those messages intact.
Same thing for any TypoScript, that you might have written for one of your
clients. This is not automatically GPLed, since it is your personal
copyright.
