afaik yes. At least it is shown as a new entry in the sys_history when 
using the undo/history context-button in list-module if I am not 
completly mistaking.

Not sure. I'd investigate how other wiki handle this issue. But I would 
assume that they use a sort of diff-table as well instead of creating a 
new versioned record on each change?
