[Typo3-dev] Error message dictionary

Hallo list,

I was thinking for a long time how it would be possible to reduce the amount of
recurring questions in the english-list.

I noticed that there are often question like: I have a site where the following
error message appears: XXXX what can I do.

So I thought it would be clever to have some kind of error-message dictionary on
typo3.org where we list all possible errors. We should sort out errors generated
by the apache and redirect them to the proper apache manual ... and errors generated by
php and link them to solutions.

And especially errors produced by Typo3 (No template for this page, etc.) and write
a list of possible causes for each message and some solutions ...


Pherhaps this could reduce the amount of messages or at least we could redirect them
to this page so they find out what is wrong by themselves.
