[Typo3-dev] Minor TemplaVoila Charset Problem

Hi!
2 cents about TV and charset problems (TV version 0.0.3 for 3.7.0): any
non-ascii chars are displayed incorrectly when they are used in field
titles. Probably something is wrong with internationalization for TV. May be
this is already fixed in 0.0.4?
