[Typo3-dev] Apparent small bug - host name refusal in Install Tool of Typo3 3.8.0

Hello,

there seems to be a small bug in the new install tool. Host names that were
perfectly acepted by the install tool in all previous versions suddenly do
not allow the database settings in "Basic Configuration" to be saved.

Instead, the install tool delivers an "error" message
 "Host  was not alphanumeric, a-zA-Z0-9_-:., or longer than 50 chars (...not
saved) "

This occurs for example with a name following a syntax like
'typo3-project.company.de' or even "typo3-project.de" which is NOT longer
than 50 chars and a perfectly acceptable domain name. "typo3project.de" is
accepted.
Apparently the hyphen is not allowed by the Install Tool in the host name.
This should be corrected because it´s not exactly rare.
