[Typo3-dev] JSMENU and Chinese with UTF-8 encoding

Hi,

   I made a JSMENU and it works fine but it just can't display chinese
in the dropdown menu. I read bugs.typo3.org that is a bug. Is there any
work around??

PS. I have already patch class.tslib_fe.php with the patch provided in
bugs.typo3.org.
