[Typo3-dev] Element : "Default Search" does not work (3.7.0)

Hi list

Version: Typo3 quickstart  3.7.0  on Windows

The "Default Search" element in the Typo3 application works well !

But , when I add the same Search element, to one of my new sites in the same server,
it did not function properly!

Neither does it show any results nor errors!

How can I make it work?
