[Typo3-dev] Bug or Feature //typo3 instead of /typo3

Connecting to //typo3 instead of /typo3 for BE login let's you login as 
expected. BUT clicking on web>page gives you NOT the further 2 frames 
with page tree and content area, it connects to typo3.com in Firefox.
Tested in 3.7 and 3.7.1, expected in 3.8.0.

Which of the TYPO3 developer is involved in Firefox development ;-) as 
IE only displays an error screen.
