since Version 3 I use Eclipse more and more often. Before, I used emacs 
but the modules available for Eclipse are pretty now.

Currently I use Eclipse 3 with

phpeclipse-1.2.x
several IBM commits (xml-editor)
E-P-I-C

Things currently missing:

There's no really useable SVN-Integration,
there's no gnuarch-integration
