1.) Have a look at the HTML source of the page:

2.) Type extrep into the searchbox of the page mentioned above.

3.) See, that this extension is not availiable in the extension 
repository, what means it could exist anyway, but is not public.

4.) Ask one the admin of typo3.org privatly to give you more information.
