[Typo3-dev] SimulateStaticDocuments and Google

It would be nice to make one more configuration item for
SimulateStaticDocuments. Google does not recognize underscopes as word
separators, only dashes. Would be nice if this symbol can be configured.

Should I put this enhancement to bug tracker?

Btw, how Typo3 development goes? If I want to add such an option myself,
should I send a patch to Kasper or?.. What is the procedure?
