Some of these things can be found in a nice document called 
"Administrators Guide (Oct. 5th, 2002)" from Kasper. I don't know where 
I got it from, it cannot be found in the doc-matrix. A revamped version 
of this could be all we need.

But hey, I think we are getting OT right now.
