Hi!

It uses SWT. Here is an interesting articles about creating forms with SWT
in Eclipse:

There is a "connector" to swing but it is limited. Swing GUI in general
looks quite ugly... Yet one more article, now from IBM (with a screenshot,
notice how swing looks):
