[Typo3-dev] TCEMAIN.clearCacheCmd & removing items

Hi, 

I've been using TCEMAIN.clearCacheCmd in order to clear
the cache, whenever ther user adds or changes e.g. a news item.

But this only works for adding or editing an item. If you remove
an item, the cache is not cleared.

Does anyone have af fix/work-around of that?
