This is a known issue which was solved already on T3BOARD. Actually I 
thought Ingmar was going to update TER but I guess he is busy now.

If you can't get it, I do have a patch that solves that issue.
(breaks compatibility with CONSTANT cationSplit which we decided to be OK)
