[Typo3-dev] Enabling formfields for a folder

I think its a great idea to distribute configuration inside the Page Tree. If 
it is confusing its because our tools to manage it is not good enough today. 
(try Web > Info, there are not only the page tree overvhew where you can see 
pages with Page TSconfig content but also the viewer of the "object tree" - 
but you probably know that already).

This is fair enough as your preference. So I suppose all we need are 
conditions as bernhard kraft suggested. He mentioned that you must know the 
page id. Since Page TSconfig is always requested by giving a page id I don't 
see how this could be a problem though. Maybe bernhard can tell...
