I see

You could argue we should have conditions for Page TSconfig a la 

[pid = 123]

[global]


- that would of course solve your problem.

otherwise I probably thought that it is in itself beautiful to put 
configuration on pages themselves by the principle of keeping it in context 
(and its also the only way if you wanted such configuration exported with a 
branch of the page tree - using conditions if they existed would hardcode the 
pid value)
