[Typo3-dev] Using _LOCAL_LANG to override text from sr_feuser_register/locallang_db.php

Does anyone have a proposal how I should write a new function which 
combines the language functions from tslib_fe and tslib_pibase?
This is necessary because the feature of reading the TypoScript setup is 
only in tslib_pibase, where tslib_fe has the possibility to give a 
language file as a parameter and read the EXT: language text format.
