[Typo3-dev] locallang.php encoding?

Hi!

This is the same problem as for Latvian language. You have to put
Serbian as UTF-8 keeping other (supported) languages in their own
encodings. This way your UTF-8 site will work with all these encodings.
At least, it works in 3.7.0 for me.
