[Typo3-dev] Higher parsetime in 3.8.0

Hi,

i use eaccelerator too and the speedup still significant. AFAIK 
set_no_cache is needed for the random mode to work, isn't it? And 
overall i found use phpadsnews a better solution than to modify the 
extension.
