[Typo3-dev] Promblems with skinnging

Hi

I hope that someone could be interesting fixing problems in skinning

1) Skinning doesn't work in frontend editing. Even necessary CSS-file 
for skinning doesn't work. Frontend editing has classes, but the css 
must put among normal CSS

2) there are several gfx-folder and plugin ins use them differently - 
for example a new recyler plugin use /typo3/.../gfx/, not
the same gfx-folder as for example frontend editing

3) Elements don't have enough classes for skinning

It would be nice to get rid of all recundant files, when people would 
easily create new sking
