[Typo3-dev] CSH for FlexForms

Is it currently possible to use Context Sensitive Help with FlexForms?

I found a post from last August at 
http://typo3.org/documentation/mailing-lists/dev-list-archive/thread/58416/ 
indicating it was targeted for the 3.8 release. The TODO.txt included 
with the latest beta, however, leads me to believe it did not make it 
into this release.  Any updates?
