[Typo3-dev] Postprocessing BE Forms by PHP ?

Hi Devs,

I would like to postprocess some fields, after a BE-User
has created/modified a record in the backend.

Is this possible ?

I think it might be a an Entry in $TCA ?

Is there something like
   "eval" => "phpclass:function"
in the $TCA[plugin][columns][][conf] array ?

Or is there a way to extend the JS that
does the 'eval' in the BE-Form ?
