[Typo3-dev] RFC: t3lib_tcemain::clear_cacheCmd

Situation:
Changing TS clears ALL cache. This might be a problem with 100 or 1000 
of pages especially when several customer installed in ONE DB OR 
redesigning a site in the same DB.

Solution:
If the template is root check the tree and clear cache only for pages 
and sections found in the tree. If not root just clear the cache for 
this pages and sections. Add a trigger for regular (i.e. clear all) and 
advanced (i.e. as described) cache clearing.

Patch will be provided for 3.8.b21.

Any suggestions or draw backs to consider?
