[Typo3-dev] IPv6 Login problem

Hi Michael,

I did post it to the bugtracker, but I cc'd it to the list so people 
with this problem know how to solve it after searching the list (when I 
started with typo3, I never searched the bugtracker) and because the 
release date for 3.8.0 is so close.
