[Typo3-dev] obtaining locallang lables from another fe-extension

Hi list

i am searching for a way to reuse language-lables, obtained from
another another (FE-plugin) extension's locallang.php file, in a FE-plugin. 
-Is there an equivalent way to the  $LANG->includeLLFile("..."); function, which can be used
in backend-modules, for frontend-plugins? 
Or can you point me to another way this could be done?
