[Typo3-dev] small feature request - EM and ext uninstallation

hi!

inspired by all the current spring-cleaning activities:

wouldn't it be nice to let users know that there are extension-specific 
directories left when you uninstall a extension?
during installation, EM tells you which directories are going to be created 
(via ext_emconf.php' uploadfolder or createDirs directives), so i think the 
opposite direction (uninstallation) should  treated the same way.

doing so, users would at least have the chance to remove those folders 
manually which would lead to a cleaner file space.
