At least Ctrl/Alt-S for save record. I often find myself thinking drats, 
it isn't a text editor I have to click on he button.

But... should the access key be lengauge dependent or independet? AFAIK 
S is for "save" but also "speichern" - I don't know about other languages.

And is there a standard for close and save-and-close?
