Hi folks!

I know this topic is not exactly dev-related, but it bugs me extremely 
for quite some time now. typo3.org is almost unusable and it does not 
seem to get any better. Timouts, slow response and sometimes even 
php-errors. Especially during daytime (when most of us have to work on 
typo3-sites) I spend a lot of time trying and trying and waiting and 
waiting again to reach docs or extensions.
Like most developers I totally rely on this site, because I don't have a 
local mirror of all documentation and all extensions (yet).
Even though I have talked to some people who are responsible for the 
site, I am still not sure what the problem is. Is it bandwidth, 
computing-power or just software-problems?

If it should be one of the first two points... we are in contact with a 
provider who would gladly provide for a servers and bandwidth.
