michael,
as i just saw on bugtracker, there has been reported a bug in 3.8.0beta 
which i had reported (for 3.8.0dev) a month ago 
(http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=941). this time, the bugreport was 
accepted.

my question: would i have to re-submit discovered bugs, this time labeled 
for 3.8.0beta? this bug is still true for the current version and could 
easily be fixed with the provided patch: 
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=888

and http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=535 may be closed.
