[Typo3-dev] Possible Glitch: Realurl + Menu: ACT + Shortcut

I posted a patch to the bugtracker.

An effect which can occur if this patch is implemented is that TWO pages in your menu
are ACT. This happens if you have a shortcut to a page in the same level as the page which
is the shortcut. When you click on the shortcut page your are led to the linked page.
Then the linked page is ACT because you are on it and you are also on the shortcut page
so it is also ACT.

Don't know if this is a bad thing.
