[Typo3-dev] ANNOUNCEMENT: upgrade of bugs.typo3.org

hi all,

we are planning to upgrade the typo3 bugtracker to the actual version of
mantis.

as of this, there could be a downtime of bugs.typo3.org around 5:30 (pm
- german time)today.

since the bugtracking group tested this upgrade before, there shouldn't
be problems with it.

if you find any problems with the bugtracker, feel free to contact us.
