I read the tutorial from robert. I'm using a hook in the TCEmain. Line 
436 to 441 in class.t3lib_tcemain.php (Version 3.7.0)

It's doing nothing else than checking all select fields in a flexform 
and removing all elements that are allready in a select field before.
