But TYPO3 hasn't any kind of automatic dependency solving, therefore IMO 
it does make sense to include the library.

Yes, maybe it's the best way to solve the problem after all.
But that makes two extensions more bloating up the TER - no offense - 
and it's already a bit confusing to browse this huge list, not even to 
mention the time it takes for the list to load...

I see no real satisfying solution, but I'll stick with the last one. ;)
