[Typo3-dev] New extension: tpg_mp3editor

Hello,

I just finished an alpha-version of a id3-tag writing extension, with an 
integrated flash-based mp3-player for the fileadmin module.
Works fine here, but maybe someone could test it and give short feedback 
on it before I upload it to TER...

btw.: TER says it's too big (110kb) to be uploaded.
How can I get more space? I reduced the size as far as possible.
