[Typo3-dev] Distributet Typo3 site, how to approach this?

As it's not for political reasons... Just do it in one installation, you 
would not even need special apache rewrite things. You could add individual 
virtual hosts for different logging etc., and point it all to one typo3 
installation...

Finaly you use domain records in pages to tell typo3 what domain to point 
where. that's it !!
