I've been talking with the team over at sugarcrm and they might be
interested in releasing a package with typo3 integrated with sugarcrm, but
they are worried because typo3 isn't compatible with there mozilla based
public license.

I've actually been getting a lot of email lately about the typo3 gpl, i
guess the branding statement isn't allowed in a gpl license.

This statement supposedly makes the gpl void.  > TYPO3 is copyright material
of Kasper Skårhøj. Renaming or rebranding of this material is not permitted
and considered unfair use.
