[Typo3-dev] TYPO3 3.7.0rc2 ready for testing

Hi developers,

TYPO3 3.7.0rc2 has just been released and is hopefully the last RC
before 3.7.0 final which is expected to be released 24th September.

Please test it as much as possible and pay special attention to the
following parts that have been changed from RC1 to RC2:
- import/export of extensions as t3x files
- browser detection (konqueror should be detected now)
- file permission check in file->list module
- it's now possible to set the PHP memory_limit with the install tool
