[Typo3-dev] TYPO3 3.7.0rc1 is ready for testing

Hi everybody,

TYPO3 3.7.0rc1 is out.

Please test it as much as possible and report bugs to 
http://bugs.typo3.org/ (select "typo3-dev" as the version).
