[Typo3-dev] Is it possible to influence a change in the future?

Good ideas are always welcome. If the suggestion makes sense and code is 
sound it has a good chance of being incorporated.

The bugtracker is fine, but I think it's better to post code here on the 
list. More folks can comment on it and "Kasper's lieutenants" will also 
read it.
