[Typo3-dev] Problem with lockSSL in BE / https

I am having a problem using the BE with SSL. The symptoms are:

lockSSL = 0:

I can login into the BE through https://, however after logging in, the 
BE is operated without SSL (switching back to normal http://)

lockSSL = 1:

Calling the URL www.domain.de/typo3 results in an empty page

lockSSL = 2:

same as [lockSSL = 1], but the page continously reloads

I know that there has been some issue with lockSSL in ver. 3.5.0 and it 
should have been fixed in 3.6.0 (I am using 3.7.0)

It makes no difference whether I run PHP as module or CGI

The frontend works fine with and without SSL

Any ideas?
