[Typo3-dev] userd defined form validation

Hi List,

I'm trying to find a clever way to use my own validation script for eg. 
mailform.

Is there a way to define another script than 
t3lib/jsfunc.validateform.js for validation. Looking through archives, 
api, source etc. gave no clue to how to proceed.


This could also be considered as a feature request to devel.
