[Typo3-dev] RFC: Dates in non-UNIX format

Hi list,

I would like to request a new data format which can store date/time
information in a non-UNIX format (but rather in an ISO 8601 compatible
format). Since I saw something that sounded like that on the general
TODO.txt, I e-mailed Kasper who has asked me to specify the exact
requirements.

I have now written a small document with my current requirements and I would
like to ask anybody who may have a similar need to look at it and post
additions / changes / remarks etc. either on this list or directly on the
document. You can find it in the wiki:
